Let's try to cook a nourishing moussaka on the basis of pumpkin and rice.
- Rice - 1 glass
- Pumpkin - 500 gr.
- Ground beef - 500 gr.

- Sunflower oil
We wash the rice and cook it until tender, add salt.
Cut vegetables: pumpkin - stripes, onions - finely chop, tomato - slices.

In sunflower oil fry the pumpkin for 2 minutes on each side.
