- Spelled - 1 glass
- Carrots - 1 pieces.
- Onions - 1 pcs.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Olives - 1 / 2 cans
- Dried tomatoes - 80 gr.
- Dried basil
We rinse the spelled with cold water, place it in the slow cooker, fill the 1 with a glass of warm water and set the mode “Krupa” to 30 minutes.
Chop vegetables: onions and carrots - in small cubes, garlic - finely chop, olives - on the 4 parts, dried tomatoes - randomly.
In a heated frying pan, fry onions, carrots and garlic until golden brown.
Add dried tomatoes and olives to ready-made vegetables, mix and simmer for 10 minutes.
Pour the contents of the pan into the prepared spelled, salt and season with basil to taste. Mix thoroughly, and simmer for 10 minutes (“Quenching” mode).
