- Stuffing - 300 gr. (I have beef)
- Potato - 2-3 pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pieces.
- Onions - 1 / 2 pcs. (i have red)
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Sweet and black peas
- Bay leaf
- Fresh greens
We will cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes, you can chop both small and large - as you like.
Fresh greens, onions and garlic - finely chop.
Mince form small meatballs.
In salted hot water we send stew meatballs. Cook them on medium heat until boiling, remove the foam formed.
To the emerged meatballs send the potatoes and cook 10 minutes.
Add carrots to the pan and cook 10 minutes for over medium heat.
It is time bow! Put it in a saucepan and cook 5-7 minutes.
The final stage of cooking is to add herbs, garlic and spices. Turn off the fire and let it sit under the lid of the 10-15 minutes.
Spill fragrant and delicious soup with meatballs on plates and proceed to dinner. Enjoy your meal!
