Pickle - the famous tasty dish that is prepared with the addition of pearl barley grits and with pickles. There are a lot of recipes for pickle with rice, millet groats and even buckwheat. Also, when cooking pickle, you can make it in chicken broth, pork, beef or with lamb, and you can cook and lean option without adding meat.

- Chicken - 1 / 2 (you can use a soup set or chicken breast)
- Pearl barley - 100 gr.
- Potatoes - 1 pieces.
- Luk - 1 No.
- Carrots - 1 pieces.
- Salted cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- Vegetable oil - 2 Art. spoons
The first thing we need to boil the chicken, for this we put it in cold water. After boiling, I pour out the first broth and pour water again, boil the chicken on medium heat for 1 hours, remove the foam.
We wash pearl barley in cold water.
Boil pearl barley until ready, about 40 minutes. I cook the barley in a separate saucepan, but it is possible with chicken - this is to your taste.
While broth is boiling and pearl barley we prepare vegetables.
Diced potatoes, carrots and onions
Salted cucumbers are also cut into cubes, and the greens - finely chop.
In vegetable oil, fry onions and carrots until golden brown.
We take the cooked chicken out of the broth and leave it to cool.
In chicken broth we pour potatoes and cook until boiling.
To the potatoes we send the fried onions and carrots, we cook 10 minutes on average fire.
Boiled pearl barley as well put in a pan to the vegetables, cook 5-7 minutes.
