Couscous with chicken legs is a traditional Moroccan dish, which is cooked in tajin, it does not matter if you don’t have tajin, you can cook it in a saucepan.

On the 4 portion we need:
- Chicken legs - 4 pcs.
- Couscous - 2 / 3 glass
- Onions - 1 / 2pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pieces.
- Parsley - 1 / Bunch
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Kumin - tspl.
- Ginger - 1 tsp.
- Curry - 1 tsp.
- Chicken broth (water) - 1 liter.
- Sunflower oil
Onion cut into half rings, and carrots - in large pieces.
Fry the onion in butter until golden brown.
Chop the parsley.
We put chicken legs washed under cold water to fried onions, add curry, ginger, cumin and turmeric. Fry the legs until golden brown.
Add carrots and some broth, simmer with the 10 lid closed for minutes.
Pour couscous in a skillet and pour broth, salt. Cooking 20 min. on low heat
Mix the couscous with the legs and sprinkle with parsley.
We spread our couscous with chicken legs on plates and proceed to tasting.
