Ingredients for portions 2:
- Quinoa - 100 gr.
- Zucchini - 1 pcs.
- Carrots - 2 pieces.
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pcs.
- Sunflower oil
- Dried basil
We wash the quinoa under cold water.
Cook the croup at a ratio of 2: 1 for 15 minutes.
