Ingredients for portions 2:
- Quinoa - 1 glass
- Bacon - 100 gr.
- Egg - 2 pieces.
- Sunflower oil for frying
Quinoa is washed with running water and cook in boiling salted water over low heat for 15 minutes.
Fry bacon until crispy on both sides. You can use smoked bacon.
Fry eggs using molds for beautiful serving dishes.
Ready quinoa cover and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
Spread quinoa on plates, put bacon, scrambled eggs on top, decorate with sliced cucumber. Quinoa with bacon and egg is ready, proceed to the tasting!
