We start cooking stuffed peppers in a double boiler!
- Pepper - 7 pcs. medium size
- Ground beef - 400 gr.
- Cooked rice until half ready - 100 gr.
- Carrots - 1 pieces.
- Onion - 1 pcs.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Tomato paste - 3 st.l.
- Greens (parsley, dill)
Prepare vegetables: carrot we rub on a medium grater, cut onions into small cubes, chop garlic and greens as small as possible.
In the stuffing add rice, half chopped garlic and greens. Salt and pepper to taste, knead the mixture until smooth.
We start stuffing peppers, previously cleared of seeds.
We put stuffed peppers in a double boiler, set the timer to 40 minutes.
While the stuffed pepper is being prepared, you can start frying, in our case it will be without oil and fat. To do this, pour water into the pan, wait for boiling and put the carrots with onions. Stew vegetables until half cooked, then add garlic, greens, tomato paste, salt, stir and cook over low heat.
Put ready-made stuffed peppers on plates, put stewed carrots and onions on top, decorate with fresh greens.
You can serve sour cream or sauce to your taste.
