Who doesn't love meatballs with rice? I don’t know these people! =) Even the good-natured puff of Carlson simply adored them.
I suggest cooking meatballs with rice in a slow cooker - it's quick and tasty!
- Stuffing - 300 gr. (I have beef)
- Rice - 70 gr.
- Luk - 1 No.
- White bread - a piece of 1 (I have rye)
- Vegetable oil - 2 st.l
- Water - 150 ml.
- Flour - 2 st. l.
- Tomato sauce - 100 ml.
- Sour cream - 3 Art. l
- Bay leaf
First of all, boil our rice until half cooked in lightly salted water.
Soak a piece of bread (without a crust) in water or milk, squeeze and add to the mince, mix.
Onions should be cut very finely, you can even use a float or blender.
In the bread and meat mass add rice, onions, salt to taste, and you can pepper and mix.
We form meatballs! I got 16 pieces.
A little roll them in flour.
Set the multicooker to the “Frying” mode on 20 minutes. Place the meatballs in a bowl and fry in vegetable oil, not forgetting to turn!
While the meatballs are roasting, prepare the sauce. To do this, mix the flour with water and add tomato sauce and sour cream, mix, do not allow lumps.
Fill the resulting sauce of meatballs with rice, add bay leaf. Set the mode "Quenching" on 30 minutes.
30 minutes have passed and the meatballs with rice are ready! Fragrant, tender and very tasty .. bon appetit!
