Buckwheat and mushrooms are a great combination, why not diversify the daily meal with zrazami ?! Buckwheat zrazy with mushrooms are cooked quickly, and most importantly it is delicious and will appeal to both adults and children. In the presented recipe, champignons are used, you can use any other mushrooms.

So, we need:

  • Buckwheat - 1 glass
  • Fresh champignons - 250 gr.
  • Onion - 1 pcs.
  • Carrots - 1 pieces.
  • Chicken Egg - 1 pcs.
  • Breadcrumbs - 4 Art. l
  • Salt
  • Spices to taste
  • Sunflower oil for frying
  • Parsley - a pair of twigs

Step 1

To begin with, we cook buckwheat in the proportion of 2: 1.

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot and cut the mushrooms.
