Buckwheat and mushrooms - this is a great combination, why not to diversify the daily meal with zrazami? Buckwheat zrazy with mushrooms are cooked quickly, and most importantly it is tasty and will appeal to both adults and children. In the presented recipe, champignons are used, but you can use any other mushrooms.
So, we need:
- Buckwheat - 1 glass
- Fresh champignons - 250 gr.
- Onion - 1 pcs.
- Carrots - 1 pieces.
- Chicken Egg - 1 pcs.
- Breadcrumbs - 4 Art. l
- Spices to taste
- Sunflower oil for frying
- Parsley - a pair of twigs
To begin with, we cook buckwheat in the proportion of 2: 1.
Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot and cut the mushrooms.
Pour oil on a preheated pan, then add onions and carrots, fry for 5 minutes. Next, add the mushrooms and simmer until the liquid evaporates, salt and season to taste.
Cool ready grits and grind it together with parsley in a blender.
Add the egg to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
We form zrazy: put buckwheat mixture on the palm of your hand and make a flat cake, put mushroom stuffing in the middle and connect the edges.
Roll off zrazy in breadcrumbs.
Fry buckwheat zrazy on all sides until golden brown.
Ready Zrazy served with sour cream or with other sauces to your taste. Served with steamed vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
