In the autumn and winter period, the body needs additional vitamin C, good old sour cabbage comes to the rescue! No wonder our ancestors harvested it in large quantities. Sauerkraut is beautiful both by itself and can be an excellent substitute for pickled cucumbers in a vinaigrette.
Let's make a wonderful vinaigrette with sauerkraut;)
- Boiled potatoes - 2 pcs.
- Medium boiled beets - 2 pcs.
- Canned Green Peas - 1 / 2 Banks
- Pickled cabbage - 100 gr.
- Sunflower oil
Cut into medium cubes boiled beets and potatoes.
Squeeze sauerkraut and cut it into small strips.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, fill with sunflower oil, salt.
Optionally, you can add onions, boiled carrots in a vinaigrette, you can also fill the salad with mayonnaise.
