Based on the recipe of Konstantin Ivlev, let's cook with you a super tasty and healthy dish - lentils with zucchini under carrot juice!

The dish turns out to be very nutritious, but if you cook without oil, then this is a vegetarian and lean option.

Ingredients

for 2 servings

  • Lentils - 100 gr. (I used Turkish)
  • squash - 1 pcs.
  • Spinach - 100 gr. (in the original recipe fresh spinach is used, I have frozen)
  • Fresh carrot juice - 100 gr.
  • Butter - 40 gr.
  • Olive oil - 50 gr.
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Fresh thyme (I had dried)
  • Salt

Step-by-step cooking


Shag 1

Wash lentils in cold water and cook until ready, Turkish lentils ready in 20 minutes.

Zucchini cut into small cubes, garlic - finely minced.

In olive oil, fry zucchini, garlic and thyme for 3-5 minutes.
